Saiba Sabherwal is the Founder of Iris Ventures and she leads all investing activity. She has 20+ years of experience working at several of the most prominent technology companies. She started her career at Google followed by Pandora Music and Spotify when they were private.

For the past decade Saiba has been CFO of 3 high growth health technology companies. Most recently she was Interim CFO at Heartbeat Health, the largest virtual cardiology company in the US. Prior to this she was the CFO of Nayya which is an employee benefits software company, and she was also the first CFO at Komodo Health, a healthcare data platform.

For the last decade, Saiba has been advising and investing in companies that are highly differentiated and where she can add value from her deep operating experience.
